This Independent Consultant Contract (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is made as of the 20th day of August in the year 2024, between the San Francisco Unified School District ("District") and Harrison Thomas Group (“Consultant”). The District and Consultant may be individually referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
