The following contains the Terms and Conditions each participant agrees to when booking a tour with The English- Speaking Union of the United States (“ESU”) and its partner, tour organizer Schiffahrts-Gesellschaft “SEA CLOUD SPIRIT” mbH (“SG SCS”). This Agreement, along with the Participant Information and any other documentation the ESU and/or SG SCS provide (the “Agreement”) describe what each participant is entitled to expect from ESU and SG SCS when they book a tour through the ESU and SG SCS, in addition to important obligations the participant assumes that affect their legal rights.
