This Project Management Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of August 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between GOLDEN CHARTER ACADEMY, a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“Client”), and PACIFIC CHARTER SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT, INC., a California non- profit public benefit corporation (“PCSD”), for project management services in connection with the project located at 741 W. Belmont Ave, Fresno, CA 93728 and 1626 W Princeton Ave, Fresno, CA 93705 as further described on Exhibit A (the “Project”). Client and PCSD are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
