This Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into on the date of full execution (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between: Cambridge Public Schools, located at 135 Berkshire Street Cambridge, MA 02141 USA (the “Local Education Agency” or “LEA”) and Education Logistics, Inc., located at 3000 Palmer Street, Missoula MT 59808 USA (the “Provider”).
