This is an agreement between the State of Texas, represented by and through the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission, hereinafter called the "Commission", and the juvenile board of County, hereinafter called the "Grantee". In consideration of the mutual agreements contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Commission and the Grantee, for the consideration hereinafter detailed, make the following agreements.
