This Innovation and Effectiveness Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Santa Clarita Community College District (“SCCCD”), a California community college district and political subdivision of the State of California, and [RANCHO SANTIAGO COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT] (“Applicant District”). SCCCD and Applicant District are also referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
