THIS AGREEMENT, entered this 1st day of January, 2022 by and between the City of Overland Park, Kansas, a Kansas municipal corporation (the “Grantee” and hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) and Friends of JCDS Inc, a Kansas not for profit corporation (herein referred to as “SUBRECIPIENT”).
