ContractLibrary Services Agreement • December 6th, 2002
This agreement, made and executed this 6th day of August, 1974, by and between the County of Lancaster, hereinafter referred to as the party of the first part, and the Library Board, City of Lincoln, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the party of the second part, is in accordance with Chapter 51, Article 2, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943. The purpose of this agreement is to provide for the utilization of the Lincoln city libraries by the party of the first part, to detail services to be performed and to establish adequate compensation for the use of such facilities.
