This JDA, together with its exhibits, includes the principal terms for the establishment of a business collaboration (the “Collaboration”) to develop and commercialize power storage and management systems (the “Storage Systems”) that are integrated into TSU’s photovoltaic systems (the “Photovoltaic Systems” and as integrated with the Storage Systems, the “Integrated Systems”).
