This Wisconsin Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the GREEN BAY AREA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and VITALSOURCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on May 1, 2025. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
