THIS CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and effective this 1st day of April 2025 by and between the CITY OF YORBA LINDA, a California municipal corporation, (“City”) and D3 Development Group, a Corporation (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
