WHEREAS, SBBC issued a Request for Proposal identified as RFP 16-126B – Interpreter Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (hereinafter referred to as “RFP”), dated March 14, 2016 and amended by addendum No. 1, dated March 30, 2016 which are incorporated by reference herein, for the purpose of receiving proposals for Interpreter Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing; and
