Should there be any inconsistency between the provisions of the Order, Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will take precedence. In the event of any inconsistency of the Terms and Conditions, the conflict should be resolved according to the following descending order of priority: (a) the clauses of the Terms and Conditions, (b) Schedule 1, (c) Schedule 2, (d) Schedule 3 and (e) the schedules other than Schedules 1, 2 and 3.
