THIS FIRST AMENDATORY AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado (the “City”) and COLORADO HEALTH NETWORK, INC., a Colorado nonprofit corporation, whose address is 6260 E. Colfax Ave, Denver, Colorado 80220 (the “Contractor”), collectively the “Parties” and each individually a “Party.”
