THIS AGREEMENT (the “Series 2020-1 Purchase Agreement”) dated as of September 25, 2020, supplements the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (as defined herein) in relation to the Series 2020-1 Ownership Interest (the attributes and entitlements of which are described herein),
