This agreement is by and between The City of Panama City (“Client") and Wertz York Capital Management Group, LLC. d.b.a. Water Walker Investmtents ("Adviser"), a Florida limited liability company. This Agreement supercedes and replaces any and all prior agreements that have been in place between Client and Adviser.
