Respondent/Proposer, if selected for contract negotiations, will be required to enter into such contract(s) substantially in the form of the City and County of San Francisco Standard Professional Services Agreement (P-600), as attached (pages 2 through 23 of this Attachment IV). There is no need to sign the signature page of these Terms and Conditions (page 23) as part of your proposal/response; the signature process will occur after contract negotiations have concluded.
