(the “Agreement”) is made and entered, effective as of the date set forth on the City’s signature page below (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER (the “City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, and LIVABLE CITITES STUDIO, INC., (the “Design Consultant” or Consultant”), a Colorado corporation, whose address is 3827 N. Lafayette St., Suite 135, Denver, CO 80205 (the Design Consultant and the City are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party”).
