The purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and the employees concerned and to provide mechanisms for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees within the bargaining unit.
