THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of December, 2014, by and between the INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ARLINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “Authority”) and SIGNATURE THEATRE, INC., a Virginia non-stock corporation (the “Borrower”).
