The purpose of this letter is to establish the terms and conditions of the agreement between the Halifax Regional Center for Education (HRCE), Basinview Drive Community School Advisory Council (SAC), and the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (EECD) to operate an advisory council at the school level.
