THIS AGREEMENT, effective July 1, 2007 entered into between the CITY OF STERLING HEIGHTS, Macomb County, Michigan, a municipal corporation hereinafter called the "City" and LOCAL No. 1557 of the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS, also known as the STERLING HEIGHTS FIRE
