WHEREAS, the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC), the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), and the United Kingdom Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR), hereinafter referred to as the Participants, have a mutual interest in exchanging information pertaining to advanced reactor and small modular reactor (SMR) technologies; and
