The Customer named on the DocTech Business Service Order Agreement and DocTech DocTech “DocTech” agree that the terms and conditions on the DocTech Business Service Order Agreement and these terms and conditions constitute the agreement (the “Agreement”) for the provision of the Services selected by Customer and designated on a Service Order. Services may include DocTech Business commercial digital voice services, including enhanced voice, toll free and trunk services (“Voice”) (each a “Service” and collectively “Services”).
