This Assignment and Transfer of Copyright and Waiver of Moral Rights in Artwork (the “Agreement”) is entered on the 14 day of August, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Artist, Harvey Steinhaus, with his/her principal address at [360 Atlantic Drive, Rio Vista CA] (the “ASSIGNOR”) and the California Department of Transportation located at 1120 N Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 (the “ASSIGNEE”) (collectively, known as the “PARTIES”), with respect to this original visual artwork described below as the Rock the Box].
