This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is entered into by and between Blue Cross of California Partnership Plan, Inc. ("Anthem"), Kaiser Permanente, and The Fresno- Kings-Madera Regional Health Authority, dba CalViva Health, its Subcontractor, Health Net Community Solutions, Inc. ("MCP"), and the County of Kings, a political subdivision of the State of California ("DMC State Plan County"), effective as of April 22, 2025 ("Effective Date"). DMC State Plan County, MCP, and MCP's relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors, may be referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
