The Owner and the Program Manager executed a Program Management Agreement (PMA) on or about October 17, 2013, the term of which was five years commencing January 1, 2014 and terminating June 30, 2020. The Owner and Program Management executed an amendment to the October 17, 2013 PMA on or about August 15, 2016 related to flood recovery services. The parties hereby agree to further amend the previously executed Program Management Agreement (PMA), as set forth herein below. Except as specifically detailed herein, the PMA executed on or about October 17, 2013, and on or about August 15, 2016, (to the extent applicable) shall remain in full force and effect and are deemed annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
