Seller is the fee owner of certain real property located in Wright County, Minnesota, legally described on attached Exhibit A (“Land”). The Land, together with all buildings and improvements constructed or located on the Land and all easements and rights benefiting or appurtenant to the Land are collectively referred to herein as the “Real Property”.
