This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement” or “Settlement”) is entered into by and between, ACM Vision V, LLC (“ACM V”), Inmost Partners, DSAAgent LLC, Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”), DS Agent, LLC, JY First Co. Ltd., DSV SPV1 LLC, DSV SPV2 LLC, DSV SVP3 LLC, FTE Networks, Inc., US Home Rentals, LLC (“USHR”), Kaja Holdings, LLC, Kaja Holdings II, LLC, MI Seven, LLC, IN Seven, LLC, RVFM 4 Series, Boom SC, Alan Investments III, LLC, and HOMI Holdings, LLC (Individually and collectively, the “Settling Defendants1”) and Rhonda Henderson, Roberta Faulks, Rachel Church, Teaha Jackson, and Chelsea Pobur, individually and on behalf of others similarly situated (individually, a “Plaintiff” and collectively, the “Plaintiffs”). Plaintiffs and the Settling Defendants are referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
