This Software Use Licence Agreement ("Licence") exclusively governs any and all use of the Licensor’s CAN BUS Monitor Software, the data supplied with the software, and any associated media pertaining thereto, including without limitation, all user manuals, technical manuals, and any other materials provided by Licensor in printed, electronic, or any other form or format, that describe the software, its use, specifications or otherwise (collectively, “Software”), which is provided to you hereunder, including without limitation, any person or entity lawfully owning or controlling the computer on which the Software is accessed, downloaded or installed (“Licencee”), all in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions herein.
