TO DEBTOR-IN-POSSESSION CREDIT AGREEMENT (this "Amendment"), dated as of November 17, 2015, is by and among Boomerang Tube, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Borrower"), the lenders identified on the signature page hereof (such lenders, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns, collectively, "Lenders"), and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in its capacity as agent for such Lenders under the Credit Agreement defined below ("Agent").
