THIS BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into as of the Effective Date (as defined herein) by and between the DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (“the Department"), a principal department of the State of Maryland (“State”) and (“the Grantee”). The Department and the Grantee are each a “Party” and may collectively be referred to as “the Parties”.
