This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Cooperative Purchasing, (“Agreement”), is made by and between the City of Sachse (“Sachse”), a Texas home rule municipality located in Dallas County, and the City of Midlothian (“Midlothian”), a Texas home rule municipality located in Ellis County, acting by and through their authorized officers. Sachse and Midlothian are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
