THIS AGREEMENT made on November 29, 2016 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Felsburg, Holt and Ullevig, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the preparation of the Rapid City Area MPO Transit Feasibility Study for the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization.
