THESE BOND CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Ts&Cs”) are entered into by and between Solana Technology Services, LLC (“STS”) and the customer (“Customer”) identified in the Order Form (“Order Form”) in which they are linked and incorporated by reference, and are effective as of the date set forth as the “Effective Date” in the Order Form (“Effective Date”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Order Form.
