THIS INDENTURE (this “Indenture”), dated as of 1, 2016, is by and between the SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California (the “District”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as Trustee (the “Trustee”).
