THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 12th day of January, 2015, by and between the Town of Superior, 124 East Coal Creek Drive, Superior, Colorado 80027, a Colorado municipal corporation (the "Town"), Vargas Property Services, Inc., an independent contractor with a principal place of business at 270 Interlocken Boulevard, Broomfield, CO 80021 ("Contractor") (collectively the "Parties").
