The Contractor shall package material for shipment to the NRC in such a manner that will ensure acceptance by common carrier and safe delivery at destination. Containers and closures shall comply with the Interstate Commerce Commission Regulations, Uniform Freight Classification Rules, or regulations of other carriers as applicable tothe mode of transportation. On the front of the package, the Contractor shall clearly identify the contract number under which the product is being provided.
