This grant agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) constitutes a state sub-award entered into by the State of New Mexico, acting through its Office of Broadband Access and Expansion (“Office of Broadband”), and Resound Networks (“Grantee”), collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties.”
