THIS ASSESSMENT CONTRACT (this “Contract”), is made and entered into this 15th day of December, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and among THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF OKLAHOMA COUNTY, in the State of Oklahoma (the “County”), GREENWORKS LENDING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its successors and assigns (“Capital Provider”), and MAIN STREET ARCADE LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company and its successors and assigns ( “Property Owner”), and is made a part of that certain C- PACE Financing Agreement, dated December 15, 2022 made by and between Capital Provider and Property Owner (“Financing Agreement”).
