This Agreement is hereby entered into by and between the Office of State Budget and Management (the "AGENCY") and the Town of Oak Ridge (the "RECIPIENT") (referred to collectively as the “Parties”). The RECIPIENT’s federal tax identification number is provided in Attachment A.
