The Customer Agreement, together with the Rate Sheet (as defined below) and the Terms and Conditions (as defined below), constitute the agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by you (“Customer” or “you/your”) and International Fulfillment Solutions, LLC DBA, FirstMile (“FirstMile”) (hereinafter, collectively, the “Parties”, or each individually, a “Party”) for shipping-related services as of the first date Customer requests services from FirstMile (“Effective Date”).
