THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of New Orleans Civil Service Commission (“Commission”), represented by Brittney Richardson, Chairperson, and Jay Ginsberg, represented by (the “Contractor”). The Commission and the Contractor may sometimes be collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The Agreement is effective as of the date of execution by the Chairperson of the Commission (the “Effective Date”).
