This Contract (“Contract”) is by and between The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF TACOMA (“THA”) a public body corporate and politic of the State of Washington, with respect to the properties identified in Exhibit A and the Contractor identified below, (“Contractor”).
