This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into this 11th day of June 2024, by and between Southwestern Community College District, located at 900 OTAY LAKES RD, CHULA VISTA, CA 91910, Telephone: 619-421-6700, hereafter, referred to as “Company” and SWEETWATER UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, located at 1130 Fifth Avenue, Chula Vista CA 91911 on behalf of Sweetwater Union High School District, hereafter referred to as “SUHSD” or “District”.
