This Agreement has been entered into this _31st day of _January , 2025_ by and between the Grossmont Healthcare District (the "District") and Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates, Inc. and d/b/a Applied Best Practices (herein, the "Consultant") each of the District and the Consultant shall be referred to generally as a "party" or collectively the "parties" for this Agreement.
