This Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Vancouver, Washington, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, (hereinafter referred to as the "City") and Vancouver Defenders, P.S., (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"). The City and Contractor may be collectively referred to herein as the “parties” or individually as a “party”.
