Adaptation Grants (State) Restricted Grant AgreementRestricted Grant Agreement • March 13th, 2025
This Restricted Grant Agreement (RGA), between the State of California acting by and through its Department of Transportation, referred to herein as CALTRANS, and COUNTY OF FRESNO, the hereinafter referred to as AGENCY, will commence on Date, 2025, or upon approval by CALTRANS, whichever occurs later. This RGA is of no effect unless approved by CALTRANS. AGENCY shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the RGA and before receipt of Notice to Proceed by the CALTRANS Contract Manager. This RGA shall expire on JUNE 30, 2028.
