THIS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract” or “Agreement”) is entered into on the day of , 2024, by and between the Village of Oak Park, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Village”), and J. Graham, LLC., a limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”).
