The Worcester School Committee and the Educational Association of Worcester, Instructional Assistants Unit agree lo the following specific modifications to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Parties. Unless specifically modified herein, the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement covering the periods from September 1, 20I 6 through August 3 I, 2017 and September I, 20I 7 through August 31, 2020, as amended by the Memorandum of Agreement for the period of September I, 2020 through August 3 I, 2022, shall remain in effect with the following amendments:
